The Will Rogers Ballroom is the main meeting space in the facility. It is approximately 5400 square feet and features state of the art sound and video equipment including two 110” drop down screens and wireless projectors and microphones. It can comfortably house up to 450 guests in a banquet style seating arraignment and as many as 750 in a theater style arraignment. (Other seating configurations available) This room also boasts many comprehensive features such as a 10’ overhead door for easy load in and out, high ceilings, a beautiful polished concrete floor, as well being connected to our spacious new catering kitchen so your caterers can take care of your guests need with ease. This space is perfect for weddings, parties, corporate training events and meetings.
This space is also available to be split into two pieces via a floating air wall, Will Rogers North is then 2000 Square feet and Will Rogers South is 3400 square feet
Our exhibit hall is the space that flows into the Will Rogers Ballroom. It is 2340 square feet and is a beautiful, open and airy space with high ceilings and abundant natural lighting. This space has ample electrical to house vendors or exhibits. It is also ideal for use as a buffet area by caterers, or simply for a meet and greet or registration area for your guests
The Mickey Perry board room is approximately 190 square feet and features a beautiful conference table, and state of the art conference equipment. You can comfortably hold meetings for up to 10 people in this space.
Our Lynn Riggs and J.M. Davis rooms are each 800 square feet. They both feature state of the art sound and video equipment as well as well as a wet bar for your convenience. Each room can seat approximately 40 people in a banquet style configuration or 75 utilizing a theater style set up. These rooms also have floating air walls that can be used to divide them into 400 square foot spaces.
Our outdoor theater area is a beautiful green space of approximately 9700 square feet. It is perfect for a wedding ceremony or reception area for your guests.
The patio area is a paved outdoor space that is approximately 1600 square feet and is ideal for a small luncheon, meet and greet or registration area.
The conference center is located directly next door to Holiday Inn Express & Suites. This beautiful, brand new facility offers complimentary breakfast to guest staying in one of its 81 rooms. They also offer other great amenities such as an indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, complementary business center, next day dry cleaning.
